I agree that enforcement of underage drinking needs to be addressed by everyone. As a former bartender, the few solutions we had were to confiscate the ID. To try and hold the minor while waiting for the police department is not possible without trying to restrain them physically, and I would not want to see a bartender injured trying to do that...
